Below you can find detailed steps to make the application process as clear and easy as possible. Please follow the instructions carefully:

Step 1:	Open the following two documents: a schedule with starting dates, and an application form. Planning UTQ-BKO 2025 Application form UTQ-BKO 2025
Step 2:	Look at the schedule with starting dates (Planning UTQ-BKO 2025). Please select the cohort which you prefer and make sure you are teaching during this period. Keep in mind that attendance in every session is mandatory. Choose a cohort of which you are certain you’ll be able to attend completely or choose a different one. Mark all the dates in your calendar.
Step 3:	Part of the trajectory is participating in one of the following MicroLabs. You can choose between two below. Please select one of the Microlabs you want to participate in and enter this on the application form. Step 4:	Please open the application form and fill it in. Only forms which are filled out including budget number and signature of budget keeper will be registered. You and your HR department will receive a confirmation mail of your registration for the UTQ.
Step 5:	At the end of every trajectory, you’ll find a graduation session in the schedule. Take a look at the attachment for specific dates. All participants of the UTQ trajectory are required to have a critical friend with a UTQ-certificate present from their own department or faculty. Please be aware that your critical friend, preferably your supervisor, is required to join for one hour of the graduation session. Please, inform him/her as well about this date.
Step 6:	Email the application form to training@risbo.eur.nl. Please us the following format in the title of your application form and/or in the subject of the email: [last name – first name – organisation - department / faculty]
